Membership dues are $55 per year for two adults, paid through our membership platform. Financial aid may be available.
The SMPC has an annual membership policy. Memberships are good for one year from the date of sign up/renewal.
A 3-month trial membership for one adult is also offered for $20. After the trial ends, the cost of trial can be applied to any annual membership.
Unless dues are paid in full, members may not participate in any SMPC function, including but not limited to playgroups, outings, meetings, etc.
Alumni membership dues are $20 per year. To become an alumni, the member must only have children first grade or older. Alumni membership includes, but is not limited to: eligibility to attend general meetings and open playgroups, and access to our online community. An alumni member may also attend any club-sponsored event, if space is available, on a non-subsidized basis. An alumni member will not be eligible for discounts on newsletter or email advertising.
The club, at a pre-announced meeting, shall decide any change in dues.
TERMINATION
A member may voluntarily terminate membership by notifying the member’s Playgroup Representative, the Vice President or via the membership platform.
The board may request termination of membership if member dues have not been paid on time or if the member does not adhere to the Bylaws.
