Barre3 offers an all-levels, total-body workout that leaves you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

Note: We suggest bringing water, a yoga mat or beach towel (or both), and sunglasses/sunscreen/hat. The only props we use are hand weights, but many clients don't bring them.
