Drive by for a spooky Halloween treat - Saturday, October 24, 9:30am-11:30am!

Load up the kiddos in your car and drive by for a free Halloween goody bag! As this is a private event, the exact address and traffic flow information will be emailed to registrants (25th Ave area of San Mateo).

Goody bags will include mini-playdough and Halloween themed items. They will not include candy or edible items. Goody bags are limited to SMPC member children (one per child). 

Please stay in your cars. If walking by on the sidewalk, please wear masks and observe social distancing. Adult volunteers distributing goody bags will be wearing masks and gloves. Depending on the number of RSVPs, we may update this information to include an optional photo op (in costume and out of the car) - stay tuned!

Please arrive based on the first letter of your last name as follows to help space out traffic:

• 9:30am-10:00am A-F
• 10:00am-10:30am G-L
• 10:30am-11:00am M-R
• 11:00am-11:30am S-Z

Please RSVP by Wednesday, October 14 to ensure we have prepared enough goody bags for the kiddos!

Finally, to make this into a bigger event for your family, feel free to stack this event with one of the following ideas:

• Come in costume and take a family photo before you leave your home!
• Drive around the local neighborhood to check out Halloween decor! Make it a scavenger hunt or game of "I Spy".
• Connect with your playgroup for socially distant and/or virtual party options!
• Have one parent stay home and hide candy/stickers around your home. Return from the event to a Halloween candy hunt! Double the fun with a candy hunt encore the next day (Sunday, October 25, 3:30pm-4:00pm) for SMPC's Mystery Crew Zoom Party!
