Please join us for a socially distant update of our Mom's Getaway Glamping weekend at Costanoa. In these uncertain times, we recognize that things can change rapidly and are keeping the weekend as open as possible to retain flexibility. More info to follow and we are cautiously optimistic! Also, new this year - the whole family is welcome to join if so inclined. Please see below for further details. Please RSVP by August 7.

• We have 12 Outer Pine Tents reserved. In efforts to keep costs as low as possible, these tents are the cheapest bungalow accommodation option and include one queen bed (max 2 people). 
• To keep things socially distant, you will not be assigned an out of household roommate. You will have your tent to yourself to read and sleep in! Please note that tent bungalows do not have private bathrooms. Please see the resort website for more details. https://costanoa.com/
• Your $50 deposit (fully refundable through August 21) reserves a tent in your name. Please sign-up by August 7. The remaining balance ($225) will be collected a week prior to the event via PayPal.
• The grand total will be $275 total for accommodation for two nights. The Club will cover $50 per family.
• To keep things socially distant, all food arrangements will be on your own and are not included in the above pricing at this time. As of press time, the resort offers take-out from its restaurant and cafe. You are welcome to bring your own food and use the on-site diy bbq pits.
• If you are interested in bringing additional family members and/or would prefer alternate accommodation, please book directly through the Costanoa website and let us know you are coming below. The resort offers a wide variety of options, including rooms with private bathrooms.
• Daytime activities include socially distant hiking and the beach. At night, we can socialize by the fire pits six feet apart. More info to follow!
• Please note that cell phone service and WiFi are available in certain hot spots, but in general are limited. This is a remote and rural location.
• As the resort requires a two night minimum stay, we are not able to offer a prorated one night option - sorry!
• All details are subject to change as public health and venue policies evolve. If this event is canceled, all payment will be refunded.
