Love your little kids, but finding that your arms, back and neck hurt, and wanting to be in better shape?
In this class we’ll discuss some of the most common posture challenges that parents face. We will practice exercises and stretches that will give you the strength and mobility to stand, sit, and hold your children with better posture.
In this class, we will be going over some stretches, exercises, and techniques to improve your posture, and result in less pain when carrying and playing with your kids.
We will be doing some floor exercises, so please come prepared with a mat or towel. Hydrate well before class and/or bring water with you. Please wear shoes and clothes that allow you to bend, stretch, and move well.
This class will be led by Nick Palladino, owner of an in-home personal training business called Palladino Personal Training. Nick has been a personal trainer in the bay area for 8 years. As a father of three himself, he's helped many people whose back pain and posture issue were preventing them from reaching their health and fitness goals. I was born and raised in San Carlos and have 3 daughters under 6 years old.
