Bond with your baby or toddler while nurturing your own well-being in this gentle Parent & Me Baby Yoga class. Through simple stretches, movement, and songs, caregivers and babies relax, connect, and build strength together in a supportive community. 


When: Friday April 17, 10:45am-12:15pm. Class is from 11:00am - 12:00pm. 

Where: Foster City Community Center, Second Floor

1000 E Hillsdale Blvd, Foster City, CA 94404

Cost: $10 per member family; $15 per nonmember family

(Sorry no refunds are available).


More Details: This class is best suited for pre-walking babies. Please bring a yoga mat. Refreshments will be provided.
